All services are by appointment only. Please book early to avoid disappointment. All services may be booked through the Genbook “Book Now” button for your convenience.

All nail enhancements are guaranteed for a period of 48 hours with the exception of Minx and Prescription Nails, which are temporary services.

Rebalances will be required about every 2-3 weeks on nail enhancements. Please follow the schedule recommended for you to ensure your nails always look and perform their best.  It is recommended to rebook at every appointment to ensure you receive your preferred date and time.  Should you need to reschedule your appointment, you may not be able to get in for several days due to limited availability. 

If you choose not to keep your enhancements please book an appointment to have them professionally removed.  You'll get the reassurance of having the product removed gently and safely, plus professional advice on how to look after them post-enhancement.  Gel nails will not soak off, they must be filed off.   Do yourself a favour and do not pick them off.  Your nails will be sore, weak and prone to infection as a result of the damage you have done to them. 

Payment may be made by Visa, Mastercard, Debit card or cash. No cheques please.

Please make alternate arrangements for your children during appointments.

Please be on time for your appointment. Should you arrive later than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, your appointment may be rescheduled or shortened to keep on time for the clients booked after you.  

Should you be unable to keep your appointment, please provide minimum 18 hours’ notice to avoid cancellation penalty. Notice received with less time will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, in cases of emergency or sickness only.

All clients who provide an email address will receive an automated Genbook courtesy reminder of their appointment 24 hours in advance. You may cancel directly from this email within 18 hours of your appointment.
